What a joy to finally be able to create, together, sweet treats: cakes, cookies, creams, and mousses, both fruity and chocolatey, that don't use eggs, milk, or animal cream. A real challenge that my sweet tooth has successfully put into practice. The classes with Linda Vongdara have given me the ability to create desserts worthy of great pastry chefs and the confidence to improvise with calculated results :) In pastry making, it's entirely possible to replace products such as butter and milk with plant-based ones. During this plant-based pastry workshop, join our Chef, who specializes in healthy and thoughtful cooking, and prepare three desserts using only unprocessed, low-carbon, and vegan-friendly products. Workshop program: - Vanilla floating island with caramelized sesame tuile - Savory and crispy peanut desserts with chocolate mousse - Hazelnut financier with citrus zest Allergens: soy, vegetable oils (olive, peanut, coconut), wheat (gluten), nuts (hazelnut, peanut). You can enjoy the cakes with coffee or tea, and share a moment with the Chef and the other participants. Pastries not tasted on site can be taken home. To be environmentally friendly, please bring a bag and your own storage containers. Duration: 2.5 hours (every 1st Saturday of the month or customizable) 3:00 PM - 5:30 PM
