Welcome to this charming and characterful stone house. Original with all its artistic creations, rather exotic with its themed rooms and decorated walls. The house is located at the back of the village of Lacapelle Biron, in its bucolic green area and 2 minutes from the magnificent Château de Biron. Quiet and not overlooked, the house, with its incomparable freshness, thanks to its old stone walls, will make your summer stay very pleasant and comfortable. Outside, you have the leisure of using the large wooden terrace and the garden with a beautiful view of the surroundings. Admire the beautiful constellations or the moonlight at nightfall.

The house is spacious and has recently been renovated with taste and originality.
On the ground floor : You will find the entrance, to its left, the vast kitchen of 24 m2, which makes sharing easy and friendly. It opens below onto a small living room (the yoga room which can be transformed into a children's playroom) and a toilet. This room opens directly onto the large wooden terrace. To the right of the entrance, the second bright and welcoming living room which also opens onto the terrace and the fenced garden.
Upstairs : From the entrance, a large staircase leads to the upper floor, which serves the 3 bedrooms and the two bathrooms, one of which has a toilet. To the left of the staircase and at the end of the corridor:

The “Serenity” room with 2 single beds 180x200cm separable / Bathroom with shower and toilet, shared with the "Hindie" room, 2 single beds, one on slats on the floor. Ideal for couples with children or for friends/family
