Rituals and Meditation

Suditi dasi, a local Hindu monk, has been practicing Bhakti Yoga for 6 years. He is a Vaishnava lineage member of the " Hari Bhakta Sampradaya" philosophical school .

The rituals are performed towards the Divine Mother, Her supreme form, Maha Lakshmi who is none other than Her different forms better known as Maha Saraswati (Goddess of arts and knowledge), Bhu Devi (Mother Earth, PachaMama, Tara), Maha Kali or Durga Ma. The sacred rituals are created to bring us to a deeper inner devotion by honoring an external Divinity. They purify us deeply and gradually bring us to our own inner light.

“Be like a child. Sit on the lap of the Divine Mother and let Her do everything for you.” Paramahamsa Vishwananda.

Reciting the Divine Name in the form of Japa calms the agitated mind. This technique transforms negative energies into positive ones. The daily discipline of repeating the sacred mantra allows us to reconnect with the Self, our soul. It immerses us in the knowledge of what we are, this supreme bliss. Initially, this repetition allows the alignment of our body, mind, and spirit and calms our actions. It brings us joy, strength, and discernment in our daily lives.

"Transformation is a series of choices in the present moment." "Transcending the mind is not an easy thing to do, that's why we do Japa, so that we transform this human mind into the Divine mind, to turn away from these daily habits and access a different state." Paramahamsa Vishwananda

OM is the highest and purest vibration. Attuning to the vibration of OM brings about the release and transformation of negative energy into positive energy, called "Attunement."

OM Chanting is offered on Thursday evenings at 6:00 p.m.

I can also change the time of the session and the day if a group is interested. (subject to availability)

I suggest you bring this vibrational technique of the primordial sound Om to any place that wishes,

this will allow:

- Harmonization of places

- The elevation of low frequencies in a person or place.

- Purification of the local environment

- Maintaining the physical, emotional and spiritual well-being of participants

Come and test the effectiveness of this high vibration and let yourself be carried away by this universal sound.
